About Chinsoft
Chinsoft International Technology Co., Ltd. has served government agencies, foundations and branded enterprises since 2006, bridging the gap between information technology and communications.
Our Story
Chinsoft grew from a small systems-integration team into a full-service digital partner spanning web platforms, native mobile apps, backend systems, and back-office administration tools. We've been designing and building mobile apps since the early days of Android and iOS, and our core team has stayed close to the code for two decades — which is why we can still write bespoke solutions instead of reselling someone else's template.
Leadership
Our engineering practice is led by a management team holding a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University, and includes hands-on experience delivering projects for government agencies and research institutes, giving us fluency in both public-sector governance and fast-moving commercial delivery.
Who We Work With
Government agencies and municipal offices, research foundations and think tanks, and branded consumer businesses across hospitality, retail and F&B — each with different compliance, performance and user-experience requirements.
